When you travel, you may think it is hard to stay healthy and choose vegan options. In reality choosing a vegan lifestyle is pretty easy, even when traveling. I love and crave fruit, this has to be one of the easiest meals. When I go on work trips the first stop I make is to the grocery store. The picture above is what I loaded up on for breakfast and snacks throughout the day.

For lunch, I typically go out with my business colleagues and order a salad and sub the meat for avocado and choose a dressing without animal products. I eat dates for snacks throughout the day to keep my energy level high. For dinner on the road I usually am going to work dinners. If I am choosing I will do Mexican, or Asian food because it is easiest to find vegan options when you are with carnivores.
